These Terms and Conditions, and any matters not regulated herein, shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian laws and regulations. In the event of difference in the interpretation of the rules hereinafter due tolanguage, the interpretation in the Hungarian language and the applicable Hungarian legislation shall apply.
The Service Provider retains ownership of the ordered goods until the purchase price is fully paid. Until payment of the full purchase price, the Buyer may not transfer, lease or charge the ownership of the goods to any third party.
The current prices shown on the Web Store are valid for the order. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Due to a technical error, an order made at an earlier price will not be considered valid by the Service Provider. The prices on this page are gross prices and are in the currency of your choice. The exact amount of VAT will be indicated in the checkout.
The orders of our webshop are fulfilled by the MPL courier service. Parcels are delivered on business days between 8am and 6pm. If you are not at home during this period, you should enter your work address as your shipping address (if available). The courier service will attempt to deliver twice, and the cost of shipping unacknowledged parcels will be charged to the customer!
Delivery fee in Hungary: 1490, - HUF / package. Shipping is free of charge for orders of HUF 60,000 gross.
Europe-wide delivery fee: USD 9 per package. Free shipping on orders of USD 500.
Worldwide delivery fee outside Europe: USD 15 per pack.
6. Payment Methods and Billing
You can pay for the product (s) ordered in our Web Store by one of the following payment methods:
a) In case of delivery, cash on delivery to the courier. The ordered product must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package. The total amount payable will include all costs, based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice is included in the package.
b) Advance payment/bank transfer. In the case of advance payment, we will send you a purchase order request via email, which will allow you to pay the price of the ordered product. When making a transfer, please note the order number in the comment box. The ordered products and invoice will be shipped after we receive the money in our bank account.
The Service Provider shall comply with relevant EU and Hungarian regulations, among other Government Decree 151/2003. (IX.22.) Of the Government of the Republic of Hungary on the durable goods listed in the Annex to the Act, the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and Government Decree 151/2003. (IX.22.). The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the goods.
Our products are warranted under the Civil Code (Act V of 2013). For the warranty during the first six months from the date of the delivery Buyer only needs to prove, that the product was purchase from the Seller. Other evidence not required. After six months from the date of delivery however, the Buyer shall also prove that the defect detected was present at the time of completion. The Buyer may no longer enforce its warranty coverage beyond the two-year limitation period from the date of completion of this Agreement.
In addition, in order to avoid malfunctions and accidents, please have the product installed by qualified person only. Otherwise we may refuse to fulfil your warranty request.
The Buyer (who is a consumer within the meaning of Act V of 2013 on Civil Code) may terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) On the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business.
